钱宏垣讲师简介

毕业于浙江大学，上海交通大学技术MBA，获国际权威的国际项目管理协会颁发的项目管理专家认证IPMP（International Project Management Professional），曾任四年的Cegos（欧洲最大的管理咨询公司）中国专职高级顾问&项目管理讲师。2006年起从事项目管理培训，12年资深培训和咨询经验，现为全国各家知名培训机构的签约讲师。
在2006年开展项目管理培训之前，钱老师在制造业及IT行业有十年从业经验，先后在上海电气、上海电信、DVN三家公司任职，每家公司平均任职3-4年。曾担任过项目管理中的各种角色，从项目成员、项目经理到集团PMO的项目主管、事业部的项目总监及运营总监、集团运营的高级经理。钱老师熟悉项目流程和实际操作，对项目管理有着深刻的认识和理解。所服务过的企业主要是国际知名的大型制造企业和IT信息技术公司，提供培训服务的企业主要是世界500强的欧美外资企业及优秀的国内企业。
具体项目经历：
在上海电气是担任电机制造部的项目主管，负责制定中型和大型电机定制项目的物料采购及生产计划，跟踪项目进展，协调各部门资源，并通过搭建定制项目计划平台来实现企业的多项目管理。
在上海电信理想集团公司担任系统集成事业部项目兼运营总监期间，全面负责系统集成事业部的项目运营管理，具体包括整个事业部的项目管理、人力资源管理、经营管理、行政管理、ISO质量管理等方面工作。在集团层面，领导实施企业内部信息化系统，在该项目中，先后在SAP项目组和OA项目组中任项目负责人。在SAP项目组中对公司流程做现状描述和未来设计；在OA项目组中对公司项目管理相关业务模块做流程与系统设计，并负责系统的推广和实施。
在外资公司DVN集团总部运营中心担任高级运营经理，作为项目负责人对集团总部的生产运营项目进行监控和管理，对集团软硬件产品进行梳理，并收集所有相关数据，进行成本与利润分析，为集团制定产品战略及价格定位提供数据依据。
结合项目管理及通用管理的课程体系和个人的丰富管理经验，钱老师倡导的是体验式的培训，在课程设计中非常注意理论与实际紧密的结合，注重实战，课程极具操作性和指导性，同时辅以充分合理的案例和互动活动引起大家共鸣和感触。钱老师逻辑清晰，课堂感染力强，善于沟通和总结，课程节奏紧凑、气氛活跃，一致受到学员的好评。

Brandon QIAN
Mr. QIAN graduated from Zhejiang University, MBA of Shanghai Jiaotong University, IPMP (International Project Management Professional) C Certificate, Senior Consultant in Cegos China  (Europe's largest consulting company) for 4 years, since 2006 engaged in management training，11 years of senior training and consulting experience, now as contract consultant with various well-known training organizations.
Mr. QIAN has 10 years experiences in manufacturing and IT industry. He has worked in Shanghai electrical ,Shanghai Telecom,  DVN.   He acted as different roles of project management, such as project members, project manager, PMO supervisor of group, project director of division, operation director and senior manager of group. Project experiences:
As the project manager in the motor manufacturing department of Shanghai Electric, Mr. Qian is responsible for building materials purchasing and production plan for medium and large motor customized project, tracking project progress, coordinating with each department, and by building a customized project management platform to realize the multi project management of enterprises.
Mr. QIAN led to execute the enterprise information system project in the group. In this project, he acted as PM of SD modules in SAP and PM of OA project. He made status description and future designing for the company process in SAP project. He designed the process and system on project management areas in OA project and was charge of system execution.
During the operation center in DVN group, Mr. QIAN was responsible for monitoring and managing of production operation projects. He collected all the data about soft & hardware products, analyzed the costs and profits, offers the data basis for the group decision of product strategy and product pricing.
Mr. Qian Combines theory with practice through course system of project management and personal experiences. The courses of Mr. Qian is very useful with appropriate cases and interactive activities. Mr. Qian is a good trainer, be good at communicating.
